National Builders' Day is celebrating in Azerbaijan

Today Azerbaijan is celebrating the Professional Holiday of Constructors. Since the first day of humanity, people have always had an ambition for the construction and building works. With their skillful hands they deal with a creative activity. Construction means creating and leaving a mark for the next generations. Besides constructing the new buildings upon modern requirements, also restores the architectural masterpieces belonging to our ancient history and help their survival till today.

 The major share in the development of non-oil sector belongs to the construction. This is a contribution not only by the constructors, also by architects, engineers, people who work in the construction sphere and who deal with the production of construction materials.

This Holiday became memorable for Holcim Azerbaijan, which continuously supports the construction projects. That is to say, on the Day of Constructors the employee of our company Eynulla Nabiyev was awarded with “Honorary Diploma for the active involvement in the Professional Holiday of Constructors and work of the Trade Union” by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation and Sabir Aliyev was awarded with “Honorary Diploma for his performance in the Trade Union and within the enterprise” by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union.
