Azerbaijani army is ready to protect the motherland

The April military actions in the borders showed that the Azerbaijani army had a high fighting spirit developed through the years, which is the result of the training of professional officers and soldiers, proper management of battle instructions and improvement in the household conditions of the soldiers. However, we must not forget that our country is in the state of war and always support our army in the rear front. Its demonstrative evidence can be the meeting held with our soldiers.

On the initiative of Trade Union of Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC and organization of veteran of Karabakh War visited a military unit located in Tartar district. The meeting started with a visit to the Martyrs’ Lane and the National Hero of Azerbaijan martyr Vazir Orujov’s monument. Then, the event participants became acquainted with the status of our soldiers serving in the frontage and with household and training conditions. The guests made speeches in front of the staff and wished them a noteworthy service in such a difficult but honorable duty and highlighted their hope for soon liberation of our invaded territories. The Holcim representative stated that: “Our collective has an honorable but sad story as well. 7 employees of the Garadagh Cement have died for their motherland. May God rest all martyrs’ souls. We believe that our territories will be liberated soon thanks to you”.

In the official part of the event, a group of military men distinguished in the military service was awarded by Trade Union of Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC and organisation of  veterans of the Karabakh War and afterward the meeting was concluded with a poetic program. Trade Union of Holcim Azerbaijan invites all organizations to support such initiatives.
