Job Description:

 

Position:                Assets and Treasury Supervisor

Department:          Finance

Work time:             Full Time

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing the relationship with the banks
  • Monitor of banking charges with the aim to minimize those and align with approved fees.
  • Checking the correctness of daily Treasury report and send it to Management
  • Managing the payments from VAT deposit account
  • Responsible for proper recognition  of Fixed Assets according to Statutory and International standards.
  • Responsible for proper recognition  of maintenance expenses according to Statutory standards.
  • Responsible for control on CAPEX related projects
  • Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working environment for him/her-self and people around.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2 year experience.
  • Computer Skills MS Office, SAP, EFP, BTP applications.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English, Azeri and Russian.
  • Excellent communication; Planning and organizing; Problem solving skills.
  • Initiative, team orientation, loyalty to the company.
